The Main House spans 100 sq.m across two levels and includes 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a WC. It features a lush garden that extends to a large, covered terrace and offers a privileged 60 sq.m. infinity pool right on the waterfront.
The Suite House, measuring 75 sq.m, is literally surrounded and sprinkled by the sea. It comprises a bedroom, a bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen/living area, which can serve as a second bedroom.
